GALLI THEATRE
Guided tour of a revived cultural treasure
Unfortunately is this content is no longer valid. Please view the other proposals
The history of the nineteenth-century theatre designed by the Modenese architect Luigi Poletti and inaugurated in 1857 by Giuseppe Verdi intertwines with the history of Rimini. It is located in one of Rimini’s most prestigious locations, the town square, and connected to the events of the Second World War, along with the controversy that accompanied the rebuilding of the theatre, which was returned to the city "as it was and where it was" in 2018.
This precious heritage restored to the city of Rimini is a fundamental milestone in the rediscovery of its history and artistic significance.
Walking through the park from Aqua Hotel, you can reach the old town centre in just a few minutes.
Duration of the visit: 45 min
To participate in the guided tours, which are limited to a maximum of 15 participants, it is necessary to make a reservation (tel. (0541) 793851).
The cost of each guided tour is 5 euros per person (children under 7 years of age free).
