All you need to know to make the most of your stay at Hotel Aqua
What time is my booked room available?
Our goal is to reduce your wait time as much as possible! If your room has not been occupied the night before your arrival day, it will be ready for you from early morning. Otherwise, we will prepare it for you as soon as it is vacated, ensuring thorough cleaning and complete room rearrangement. The room must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure, so by 2 pm at the latest on the same day, the room will be prepared and at your disposal. A luggage deposit is available at the reception.
Until what time can I use my room on the departure day?
The room must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Upon request and subject to availability, you can extend the use of the room until the evening. This option must be agreed with the reception and may incur an additional cost (Day Use).
Where can I park my car during my stay at Aqua Hotel?
At Aqua Hotel, we offer two parking options to ensure that your car is always safe during your stay.
The first option is our underground garage, accessible 24 hours a day. The cost for the garage is €15 per day. It is important to note that while your parking space is guaranteed at the time of booking, the specific space may vary. Your parking space will always be secured and reserved for you, and you can manage it independently. You will never have to leave your keys at the reception, and no one will move your car, thus avoiding any potential damage. Please note that the cost of the garage is not included in the room rate, and no discounts or deductions are provided for not using the service.
The second option is our outdoor parking, available at €10 per day, subject to availability. In this case as well, your space will be guaranteed at the time of booking, but the specific space may change.
Finally, please note that the maximum height for accessing the garage is 2.37 meters.

What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00
What type of breakfast is served?
Breakfast is served buffet-style and includes an assortment of homemade pastries, espresso coffee, high-quality cappuccino made with fresh milk, fresh fruit, various types of cereals, mixed cheeses and regional cold cuts, eggs, fresh juices, fruit and vegetable juices, yogurt of all kinds. We prefer seasonal products and organic food.
Does breakfast include products for those who are allergic / intolerant to gluten and lactose?
Yes, there is a dedicated area on the buffet for these types of products.
What are the restaurant hours?
Lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. Dinner is served from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Families with children are allowed access to both lunch and dinner 15 minutes before opening.
What type of cuisine is offered at the restaurant?
The chef offers simple yet imaginative recipes, with a special focus on the specialties of the Romagna region (meat and fish). We choose seasonal products and love to showcase the authentic ingredients and flavors of our territory. The result is a genuine à la carte menu where you can choose between light dishes and appetizing courses, enjoying good and healthy food.
Do the meals served also include products for those who are allergic/intolerant to gluten and lactose?
Yes, you will find a dedicated area for these types of products on the breakfast buffet. If you are celiac, we can only guarantee a stay with breakfast included: for breakfast, we will serve you packaged gluten-free products. This is because we do not have a separate gluten-free kitchen. However, if you are only intolerant to gluten and/or lactose, we would be pleased to offer you full board (only during the New Year, April 25, Easter, Halloween, and May 1st periods) or half board because our à la carte menu at lunch and dinner always includes options for your diet.
I'm vegan, what do you offer in the Full Board package?
At Aqua Hotel, we pay special attention to the needs of our vegan guests. Our chefs are passionate about preparing vegan dishes for every meal, from starters to mains and even appetizers. Our goal is to ensure that all our guests, regardless of their dietary choices, can enjoy a high-level culinary experience during their stay with us.

How does the Half Board service work?
Half Board includes a choice of dinner.
The à la carte menu includes starters/first courses/main courses/desserts.

How does the Full Board arrangement work during the summer period?
The gourmet dinner is served with attentive à la carte service, offering 4 courses with a choice among 3 appetizers, 4 first courses, 4 second courses, and 2 desserts. Lunch is a light lunch consisting of 2 courses with a choice between 3 first courses and 3 second courses + dessert, ice cream, or fruit.
Are drinks included in the half-board service?
No, drinks are not included. The ALL INCLUSIVE package includes drinks with meals (mineral water, local D.O.C. wine and/or soft drinks) and beach service.
Are pets allowed?
We only accept small dogs, thanks to our program of services and accessories that ensures maximum comfort for four-legged guests. Mats and bowls for food and water will be provided in the room for an additional €10.00 per day. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool areas; moreover, they must always be kept on a leash or carried in appropriate carriers.
Is the use of the swimming pool included in the price?
YES. The swimming pool is open during the summer months from June to September from 09:00 to 19:30.
The pool is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towel service.
Daily aquagym classes can be practiced in our pool.

Are bicycles available?
Yes. Bicycles (some with child seats) for pleasant walks are available free of charge for a maximum of 3 hours, to be requested at the Reception.
How is the beach service organized?
The affiliated beach No. 18, just 5 minutes from the Hotel, is equipped with numerous services. Aqua Hotel guests have access to the use of cabins and facilities.
Which package includes the beach service?
The package with the included beach service is the ALL INCLUSIVE and includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room at the affiliated Lido no. 18.
If I book the beach service, where will my beach umbrella be located?
The beach umbrella and sunbeds will be placed in rows 5 to 12.

Can I book a beach umbrella in the front row or closer to the shore?
Yes, but it depends on availability and may incur an additional cost to be agreed directly with the lifeguard.
What is included in the ALL INCLUSIVE package?
The ALL INCLUSIVE package includes beverages with meals (mineral water, local D.O.C. wine, and/or soft drinks), as well as beach service. The wines from the wine list are not included in the package.
For how many days are the beach services (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) booked in the ALL INCLUSIVE package?
"Beach services (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) are included for the number of booked nights. Example: Reservation from August 1st to 8th - 7 nights. The beach package is included for 7 days. Therefore, the arrival day or departure day is NOT included. If you wish to extend your stay on the beach, you must request, at the hotel reception, the voucher for the extension of the validity of beach services to be handed to the lifeguard. Alternatively, pay for the additional days directly to the lifeguard.
Do I need to bring beach towels in my suitcase?
No, a soft beach towel will be assigned to you free of charge at the front desk, to be returned at check-out.
It is possible to request a towel change during your stay for a cost of €1 per change (washing cost).

What services does the hotel offer for children?
THE SALA NEMO
An 80-square-meter space entirely dedicated to play and fun, with toys, books, Nintendo Wii, and everything needed for drawing, where children aged 4 and above will find their space to play and have fun with our entertainers.
The entertainment services and the Nemo Room are available in the summer months at the following times: from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Even the little ones, accompanied by their parents, will find their space and toys here to have fun!
AT THE TABLE
Highchairs, bibs, placemats, plastic cutlery, and glasses are available.
Every afternoon at 4:00 pm, we serve a DELICIOUS SNACK at the bar: bread and Nutella, fresh fruit, homemade tarts, fruit juices.
Before bedtime, a warm goodnight bottle with milk and biscuits.
IN THE ROOM
Everything you need to welcome your children in the best way: cribs and extra beds, bed rails, night lights, bedtime stories, changing tables, strollers, bathtubs, bathrobes, bottle warmers, potties, and toilet seat reducers.

Yes, the hotel offers free WI-FI throughout the property. You just need to register with your name and email.
What are the sizes of the rooms and what services do they offer?
All 96 rooms are equipped with king-size beds and Dorelan Sommier mattresses for a perfect rest. Memory foam pillows for excellent breathability. Eco-certified high-quality courtesy line, Coffee and tea maker kit, Minibar, 32-inch LCD TV, Satellite TV channels, Electronic safe, ANYAH eco-friendly courtesy set, Soundproofing system.

Is it possible to have the room in a specific location of the Hotel?
We always take note of the request, but please note that managing 96 rooms for 14 weeks, we may not always be able to fulfill these requests.
